I am still downloading Smallville season 4, but I downloaded Ultimate Avengers and it was pretty kick ass. I mean, I still have gripes about the story line, but the animation and the level of maturity without nudity or blood was really refreshing. I hope they make many more comic based movies like this.
So I wanted the new Need For Speed game and I decided to call my local movie-hut to see if they had it. Well, they didn't and they never have shit, so I called around and drove around to like 4 movie stores around the whole damn city of Vancouver. I clocked my trip on my odometer and I drove around for 40 miles this morning.
Well part of that was looking for lunch too. I wanted to get a coffee and biscotti at this little place I know of, but when I got there it was packed and the whole dang area was really packed with traffic and people. I think some event was going on. So I had to drive around looking for a backup meal.
Blah. I have like a bunch of homework to do also. Fuck. Like I want to grade other peoples papers? Not just for grammatical errors, but I actually have to write about the paper specifically and what I liked and or disliked about that paper. Snarf! Then I have some other homework and various other things that probably won't get done until the last minute either. Man, I hate waiting until the last minute. Just like a fine watch needs adjusting every once in awhile, I too will have to adjust my schedule and more importantly, my priorities soon.
You know how some people say that it is lonely at the top? Well, I got news for them, it's lonely at the bottom too.
